Spark New Zealand

Each year Spark New Zealand teams travel from around NZ to attend their annual Sales and Leadership Conferences. They also hold their Super Achievers Awards on the same evening to celebrate their team successes.

Delight was thrilled to be appointed the lead content agency responsible for leading the content strategy and theme for all events. The day time conference theme focused on connecting employees to the strategy, and the space had a fresh, creative look and feel. Straight after the conference, the same room was transformed into a black tie formal dinner with an Argentinian theme where over 30 awards were given out.
