Hanna Hegan Ngatai
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
With over a decade of experience in marketing and live events, Hanna has also worked extensively in the film and television industry.
Her work with iconic brands includes managing nationwide activations events for Coca Cola and leading the internal brand launch for the biggest corporate re-brand in Australasian history at Spark New Zealand.
Hanna regularly consults to companies and organisations on internal engagement events, company culture and event activation, focusing on bringing the business strategy to life and making meaningful connections.
Ali Northridge
GENERAL MANAGER
Having worked in the corporate events industry for over 12 years both in New Zealand and the UK, Ali's events experience is vast and clients are always excited to see what new ideas might be possible.
Responsible for the operational running of Delight Events, Ali balances our business vision whilst keeping our clients aspirations front of mind.
Ali loves to travel and is partial to a Burger Fuel Peanut Piston and a mighty good classic mojito.
Tess Marshall
ACCOUNT MANAGER
With over a decade of experience as a television journalist, Tess has swapped the newsroom for the events world.
Tess has spent most of her career in Australia where she worked for Network Ten and Channel Nine, before heading up NBC Universal's E! Channel in Australia and New Zealand serving as executive producer. She launched The Hype which covered red carpet events and celebrity interviews from New York Fashion Week to the hustle and bustle of awards season in Los Angeles.
She also has extensive public relations experience working on large scale events from The Logie Awards, Oz Comic Con and managing countless red carpets for big blockbuster film premieres.
Most recently Tess has been back in the Newshub Auckland newsroom and managing the PR for Auckland Arts Festival before joining the Delight Team as our Client Account Manager.
Tess is partial to Disney dress ups with her 3 year old Lola, which isn’t surprising given her own personal dress collection. Fortunately it’s a little more fashion and a little less Elsa (however she does have that one too).
Liv Graham
EVENT MANAGER
With a passion for events and people, Liv goes above and beyond for her clients. A creative imagination and touch of OCD are the ingredients that drive her in the world of events.
Liv has spent the early years of her career in a venue management role, bringing a strong background in event delivery and logistics coordination.
Describing herself as an amateur culinary arts enthusiast, when Liv isn’t in the kitchen, you can find her saving the planet and taking care of her fur babies.
Soo Park
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Soo worked in the creative industry over 5 years as a designer. “All eyes up here, please!” She finds the designed navigation for her audience, fascinating.
She is a born drawer, since the age of 4, and she still likes pen and paper except now she also likes control + z almost as much.
In her own time, she likes to bother her annoyed cat family and watch Netflix in her newly bought egg chair.
Murphy
HEAD OF SECURITY
Cuddle monster numero uno. In theory, he's a guard dog but he's more likely to snuggle and show you his favorite toys. We love him.
